1-To make an allowance for 4.7 and Radial rig lasers in light winds, a change to the SIs was made so that those failing to finish within 30 minutes after the first boat in its class sails the course and finishes will be scored Did Not Finish instead of 20 minutes.
2- We used TackTacker to try and solve protest incidents in the Platu fleet.
Race Organisation was very good as always led by Bill Gasson and Rut Subniran. The three race officers did an excellent job: Jerry Rollin, Capt. Uaychai Choompuvises, Suthon Thumasuntorn.
