Regattas in Italy need the permission of the Harbour Authority that issues some prescriptions. Precrptions are non the same and differs from different places. The second day of racing happened that due to strong wind and wawes the Harbour Authority suspended the permission to go afloat for safety reasons. In any case 9 beautiful races have been sailed during the event.
