THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The OA and RC were less experienced in writing NoR and SIs, why appendix P was amended after two races on the first day. One boat had already gotten their second penalty and retired from race 2. The amendmend changed 'regatta' to 'race' in P2.2 and deleted P2.3. The boat with a second (and later third penalty) never approached the jury about redress. In total, only 8 penalties for breaking RRS42 were given and less than the jury expected.

At the beginning of the event, the jury posted 'Advice competitiors' suggesting competitors to protest under RRS2 if offensive language was used between competitors. No protests under RRS2 were delivered.
Daily briefings (OA, RC, IJ) for competitors before racing were done and appreciated.

The jury was daily on the water in two ribs. Several times during the event, the jury members got the impression competitors believed the jury would act using part 2 rules on the water. One protest for hitting a mark was made by the jury. Clearly competitors are confused what a jury can or should do at different events and at future events this should be communicated more efficiently.
