Very well organized and run regatta. There was only one protest and one Dsg as the result of this protest. Noe class rule or SIs questions.
PRO was Wayne Bretsch, NRO USA. He did a very fine job with the light air conditions presented on 2 of the 4 days of racing. One day was lost due to high winds and rough seas at the harbor entrance to Rocky River, Cleveland Yacht Club.
