There was a request for redress from one country that according to one point in NoR, all 3 teams of that country should compete the Team racing. But another point in NoR let the PRO determined how many team from the host country could compete. PRO then determined that only one team per country could compete in the Team racing. There is conflict in two NoRs. The jury conducted a hearing orally and decided that only one team was eligible to compete in the Team racing. The jury suggests that those 2 Nor should be modified. - THARS2
