Class O'pen BIC has modified addendum Q for umpired fleet racing. Event was umpired by five umpires in five ribs. First two days fleets sailed four races each. On the last day ony one race per fleet was sailed due to coming storm. Race committee did excelent job runing races. No issues. - CROMB3
