THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
Two Indian National Judges Deepak Singh Dikhit INDDD3 and Tribhuwan Jaiswal INDTJ1. They were both boat drivers during fleet racing and observers during Team Racing. They assisted the International Jury in many other ways including acting as Jury secretaries. They both aspire to be IJs and I would encourage them and invite them to any events where I can .
