Well organized event. Appendix P was not in effect. In the last race the wind increase to more than 20 knots with an adverse current and 2 to 3 meters waves, multiple boats capsize and 4 dismasted. The two Jury ribs although small in size assisted the sailors that were having a difficult time to upright the boats. - PERJB1
