The knowledge of rules in the class is very poor.The jury made during the event a small seminar about RR-42.There was no App-P so we had to disqualify .
Also the flag "U" was unknown.The PRO had to explain the startingflags and the flag "C" with "+" or"-".
The RC did a perfect job,also the conditiond where very fine.Nice weather and wind with about 12 Knt.
