Two very interesting protests essentially involving two boats that were match racing each other so that the separation in points between them in the regatta and over a qualifying series was enough to allow one of them to progress to future events. In particular we consulted Case 34 and 78 for guidance. Both protests were dismissed. Afterwards we drew the attention of these cases to the sailors and their coach. In the umpired medal race these two boats received five flags (four green and white, and one red).
Excellent race management. Ten races (including medal race) were completed. All equipment in very good condition.
