THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
This sailing event is part of the annual (All Korea) National Sports Festival for the nation?s selected elite, senior and youth, from nine provinces.
At the same sailing event last year there were 34 first penalties (Appendix P 2.1) and 6 second penalties (Appendix P 2.2) but this year there were 6 first penalties (Appendix P 2.1) only. This time round, competitors are better developed, by coaches, and an international jury was appointed to support the officiating.
The jury invalidated a protest because the protestor hailed ?protest? in Korean, accepting that the word ?protest? (in English) should be used. The Korean sailing authority, in their translation of the RRS had stipulated that too. Note: all competitors were Korean and spoke Korean to each other.

The Host Province, Organisers, Race Director, Administrators, Race Management delivered high standard of sailing organisation and provisions, despite strong tides, deep anchoring, and extreme wind range that curtailed some races.
