This is the 21st edition of the Singapore Straits Regatta. It was held in 2 locations. The SB20 fleet had their races in the waters of Singapore, whereas the IRC classes had theirs partly in Batam, Indonesia and Singapore. Batam is about 40 km from Singapore. The IRC classes had 6 races in Batam and 2 in Singapore.
