This was the first time Appendix P applied at a Cyprus National Championship.
Three new NJs who had attended a National Judges seminar just one month before, had their first opportunity to practice on the water with good performance, but they need more events in order to get experience and improve their skills.
Unfortunately due to conflict of interest the two CYP IRO were not able to be involved at the event's race management and the NRO in charge made a number of mistakes.
An agreement between CYP and GRE is planned in order to give them more opportunities to gain experience.
