This is the 420 class world championship 2015 constituted by 3 fleets
which are open, ladies and under 17, held at Karatsu, Japan.
The open and ladies fleets were splitted into 2 fleets of each so that
there were qualifying and final series.
The appointed jury chairman Helmut Czasny (IJ;AUT) did not appear stating
health problems and has been replaced to Luigi Bertini (IJ;ITA).
SI stated that P2.3 will not apply and P2.2 is changed so that it will
apply after the first one. The NOR and SI were well written.
The wind was good every day except one day so they were able to complete
all the races scheduled except a few fleets.
This event was a successful event at all.
