Unfortunately the fifth member of the jury (Ulrich Fischer IJ - GER) was not able to come due to an acute operation. Therefor the jury acted under Rule N1.5
During the whole event the wind was very light, but the race committee managed to get best out of it. For the sailors it was very challenging to race in nearly no wind.
