There were 2 protests that involved Rule 2. First one was the Team tactic and the second one was using bad words during racing. The juries could not find concrete evidence on both cases so the protests were dismissed.
The NOR and SI were well written from IODA adding Standard Penalties on Optimist Class rules compliance. It worked well and reduced jury hearings. The wind was good throughout the event so 20 races were completed as scheduled.
