This regatta was located in Shenzhen city on the south coast of China where the 26th University Game, Sailing Regatta took place in 2011.
21 teams were divided in two groups(Class FT7.5 and Class DC22). Umpired water judging applied. The race committee did an outstanding job, making regatta fair for competitors.
NOR and SI were written well. Regatta went well with 6 to 8 knots all days. No changes to SI needed. There was rather few RRS "P" calls on the down wind legs.
On-the-water job was done excellent by local sailing club(Seven Star Yacht Club).
