This event ended with the final race being abandoned after shortening in a dying breexe and finishing 75% of the boaats i class 1 as the tide turned making the finish of the balance impossible. This was compounded by this action occurring before the stated time limit for class 1 expiring.
Redress was requested by those boats that finished with a good result, but not granted due to the Race Officier beng satisfied that the race was not fair and considering the result of this actin on all the competitors before doing the abandonment.
The decision was made complicated with the series results being scored for three boat teams cumulatively and th final race on the last day counting for double points and not subjet to a discard.
