NOR and SI were well written. They could finished 15 long distance races between three cities in 3 days. The weather condition was unstable from light wind to strong wind with rain. The first and second day, there were no wind to mild wind.
On third day, they started with good wind and finished with light wind with rain.
There were only two protests related to RRS 11. Two protests were invalid due to without displaying red flag and over the protest time limit.
No rule 42 was broken.
Lin Lake Bay venue in Suzhou, Jiangsu, is a good place for the dinghy race.
The modern new yacht clubs under construction in Huzhou city, Zhejiang Province are scheduled a couple of national regattas next year.
