Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
Even though there were rain and storm with strong wind and no wind in some days, the Race Committee did an excellent job trying to complete most of the races. The OA did an outstanding job providing the best to sailors and race officials. The jury was provided three brand new RIBs, jury office facilities, etc. The event was successfully managed. - THARS2
