It was one of the most important events for Chinese sailors and the sailing was on very high level. The beginning of the event there were some issues with the team racing between the provinces but after some hearings, penalties and the meetings with the fleet it was solved.
The regatta was held newly built venue at Tianjin and the conditions were perfect! Nice racing at the light and medium winds, good race management and organisation! Great event! - ESTAP4
