Sailing conditions and water quality were excellent. The shore facilities were temporary and provided by the Indian army and the Port Authority as the first step to establishing a new sailing base with accommodation. Hospitality was fantastic and the event was run in conjunction with both a National Race Management Seminar and a National Judge Course. - GBRCW43
