THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
This was the keelboats fleet racing event. The NOR and SI were well written with English and Korean. On-the-water job was perfectly done, no mark moving despite strong current. The OA provided cash prizes money so this was real magnet. The host looked after race officials very well. The jury was on the water most of the time to observe incident. - THARS2
