We had a protest due to an incident that included a crew member receiving a chipped tooth. The tooth was chipped when the crew member was trying to free the boat's backstay which was caught on the bowsprit of the RC boat. Question 1. - is a chipped tooth an 'injury'? Question 2. was the chipped tooth part of the incident or due to the actions of the crew member after the incident?
Fortunately there were other issues that led to the DSQ of the boat but we found these two questions difficult to answer. - BERPS1
