Race 4 was abandoned mid race due to wind dying out and sailors sent ashore.
The next race was sailed the next day.
There was considerable debate whether the next race was race 4 or race 5.
The RO posted a notice that the next race was race 5 (As per Q+A F5)

The race management was generally very good under very difficult weather conditions
