THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The Flying Dutchman used the triangle course. The jury suggest that they should use an offset mark after mark 1. They should as well consider to have a gate instead of a leward mark.

There were some rule infrigements during the Worlds.

The FD class should consider if they want a more active jury on the water. - NORTJ2
