Star Class Rules have many items that should be marked as "permitted to change" and or updated to the current RRS. Some Rules are either not workable or not allowed under the RRS as worded.
It took considerable thought to develop a workable re-weighing system that would work when a race was sailed, AP over H was displayed and then followed by AP over A ashore.
Tough weather conditions. Some wind early but then went light and died. No racing on one day. Last two days had to wait until 1400 + to get in two good races each day.
The RC did a great job.
