Due to very shifty and unstable wind conditions only six races were sailed in three days. Many course changes were made but only Laser standards successfully completed three races. Laser Radials and Laser 4.7 completed only one race. Race committee protested 25 LRDs for sailing outer instead of signaled inner loop infringing RRS28.1. All the protests were heard together and only one girl competitor showed up at the hearing. Hearing continued under 63.3 (b) and all the protested boats under RRS 28.1 were DSQ. OA provided two RRS 42 observes who were also observing hearing.
