THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
There were two rule 69 hearings and a third complaint referred to the relevant MNA.
After an incident at a mark, there were a series of verbal exchanges, mutually incomprehensible but felt to be aggressive. There was a disrespectful gesture directed at the complainant by one competitor. There was moderately challenging behaviour and expression directed at a coach. One competitor was given a warning.

A very light wind regatta made the PRO's task very testing. The SIs were amended early to reduce the number of required races and make the course easier to relay in the event of windshifts. The PRO attempted to beat the sea breeze factor by trying early morning and evening starts.
