THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
A boat was protested for using what they called the "ultimate trapezing technique". (While sailing upwind, the helm passes the tiller to crew, and then climbs up him until he?s standing on his shoulders). The protest was dismissed since no rule was broken.

The medal race was replaced with the "theatre style" configuration.
Teams ranked in places 29 to 22 sailed up to 3 races, then the winner passed to the following round. In that round, the teams ranked 21 to 15 and the winner of the previous sailed up to 3 races, and so on... After the fourth round, the four teams with the beter rank sailed a final race. Addendum Q aplied to all those races.
