Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
A boat was observed doing turns after finishing but did not recross the finish line. Initially scored with his finish position this was revised to DNF. He requested redress but later withdraw the request as it did not alter his finish position. A Q&A will be raised to clarify the issue
Consistently good and steady winds (13-20Kts), sunny skies and good race management made this an excellent event for sailors and race management. One of the best KW race weeks ever!

A significant number of potential requests for redress for OCS score were not filed after the sailors listened to the starter's tapes!
