THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The wind was no good for the first 2 days then it came for the rest of the event so all races scheduled have been completed. The RC performed a good job on the water without any mistake. Jury RIBs were very good. All stuffs that were provided to jury, i.e., jury rooms, equipments, food, etc. were excellent. Judges were required to share a room of 2 persons. There were 2 Support person hearings, one was about a father and a friend of the sailor were following the sailor on the water without properly registered and were on unregistered boat. They were prohibited not to be on the water onwards. Another case was a coach was on another country coach boat without authorisation. The coach was suspended to be on water for one day. - THARS2
