THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
Extremely well run event. Very long (16 days) as there were separate divisions for Women, Youth, Masters, Grand Masters, Great Grand Masters, Open Qualifying, Open Semi-Finals, Open Finals. Some of the earlier divisions were run concurrently, so effectively three separate events run one after the other. 60 boats provided by Hobie Cat with teams competing in different boats with up to three different boats in a single day. A lot less protests than usual, probably due to lighter conditions in the earlier rounds. Only issue was that there was not a dedicated jury boat which limited Jury time on the water to observing from the signal boat. - AUSPP3
