The sailing event is one of the sport events of the 100th Korean Sports Festival and constitutes the National Sailing Championship. The International Jury panel was joined by 5 National Judges who were given an opportunity to work with and learn from the International Judges. The online app racingrulesofsailing.org was introduced and used in parallel to administer the official notice board, protest time limits, hearing schedules, decisions and on the water penalties. Participants access the online system via a QR Code and could view all Official Notice Board postings. - MASLC2
