THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The online electronic official notice board was introduced and run in parallel with the conventional notice board through the on line app racingrulesofsailing.org (https://www.racingrulesofsailing.org/events/932). This app was especially useful as the event is a mix of a keelboat event run concurrently with the dinghy event at two venues near each other with separate notice boards. Boats at different venues could see the official notice board postings via the electronic notice board such as results, SI amendments even while still at sea or lodge requests eg crew change, equipment change or protests even before coming ashore. The dinghy coaches could also see the nature of the App P infringement as the jury posted the on the water penalties on line at sea after each race. The jury accepted both on line and conventional paper requests for hearings . - MASLC2
