THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The great difficulty for the jury work in leg 1 was the decision of the RC to “recommend” to all boats to go for shelter in harbors based on a local gale warning. A part of the fleet followed this recommendation with different times for the stop overs, another part continued the race. Based on this difficult situations the jury had to find solutions for requests for redress. - FRAYL15
