THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.

The number of entries on the YYC was so low (4) that the RC decided to start the Youth fleet together with the "Open Crystal Cup" fleet, while maintaining a separated scoring. Even if the SI di allow two different racing areas, the RC decided to sail all races in the one that did offer the best wind conditions in a restricted window of time (about three hours, from noon to 3 p.m.). The RC did set a starting line which marks was constituted by two floating staffs not anchored, displaying an orange flag. This system, thanks the not existence of current and a not significant drift of the marks, did allow to set each new starting line in short time, despite the big deep of the lake.
