Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
This was a well organized event. The cooperation between the Race Committee and the Protest Committee was excellent from the very beginning of the planning ang throughout the event. The conditions were challenging with lots of wind shift, strong gusts, and strong current, handled very well by the RC and the sailors. - NORTM2
