THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
Prior to the World Championship preparatory regatta was sailed for three days. On the first day of championship there were good sailing conditions and two races were sailed in both Classic and Open division, followed by two days of very light wind without any possibility to sail races. On fourth day three races in both divisions were sailed followed by three more races overall on the last day. This gave opportunity for discards. Race committee did very professional job in conducting races. There were eleven protests, mainly for part 2 rules infringements. - CROMB3
