Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
With 25 judges it was quite a big Jury! We had up to 4 panels + arbitration running at the same time.
Morning classes (aimed at NJs but attended by almost everyone) were held to discuss interesting cases, scribing procedures, best practices and how arbitration works.
The rolling scribe system managed with Trello worked neatly, although it required some getting used to in the first two days; arbitration was key in reducing the number of hearings, and all the arbitrations successfully ended up in a party accepting the penalty and the other one withdrawing the protest.
It should be noted that the OA greatly improved on the accommodation side: we were hosted in an hotel some minutes away from the venue, and we were offered dinner every night (although I am sorry to report that the - ITAGD15
