Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The Organizing Authority used manage2sail.com and ownChat.de to efficiently communicate with sailors and race officials during the event. Additionally, a virtual flagpole was used by the race committee to communicate signals ashore. The Jury Team was comprised of 9 IJs and 7 NJs providing opportunity for judge education and advancement. Morning rule presentations were made throughout the event by the NJs prompting lively discussion.
