This was a very nicely managed event by all involved, the OA, the RC, ORC, and the jury. There were three Norwegian judges present, (NJ,NJ,IJ) but for each hearing, the hearing panels were composed according to Appendix N with a maximum of two judges from the same country. Two of the Norwegian judges were young National judges / National umpires. They took part in the event so the four IJs could transfer their knowledge and experience to these two young and talented judges / umpires.
