Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
1. There was one request for redress within OP fleet and redress was granted to abandon that race because it was over the time limit. RO admitted the stop watch had tens of seconds difference from GPS time.
2. There was one possible 69 hearing to the parent of one Optimist sailor who was ranking 1st in that abandoned race that he delayed some sailors from leaving the pontoon on time to sail the race.
3. There was one writen report about ICF 'D' flag was not displayed at OP launching pontoon while RO instructed sailors to departure. PC agreed to give SP per SIs as 0 points to that race as all sailors followed the instruction of RC and there was nothing affecting fairness.
