The event started in very strong wind conditions (up to 35 knots) and average wind speeds of 15 knots lasting until the rest of the week except for the last day (4-8 knots). The OA provided three excellent jury ribs, which observed the fleet under Appendix P. All races except the last two on the last day were sailed under Oscar flag. This is the reason for the small amount of yellow flag penalties. One hearing was held considering whether a support person has infringed a support-person-regulation rule resulting in a warning. - GERHH19
