A coach was penalized after infringing an SI rule and local government regulations for not wearing a killcord, after he had been given a warning the previous day. Since the event was a youth regatta sailed on the Baltic Sea, the jury did not apply the discretionary penalty described in WS Jury Policy D3, and instead penalized the coach by ordering him to anchor at least 200 meters below the starting line, from the time the first orange flag of the following day was displayed, until all sailors had finished the last race of that day.
