THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The event was run with light to moderate winds allowing the RC to complete the program.
7 or 8 jury boats were available, to allow a correct fleet covering. Nevertheless, with up to 82 boats per group, a maximum of 2 jury boats per fleet is not always sufficient.

The specific Appendix UF approved for the class applied, including addition of a penalty for not correctly sailing the « freestyle » (standing in the boat between 2 buoys on the reach). All penalties given required 1 TP:
- 128 flags for breaches of RRS42 ;
- 267 flags for part 2 and others (mainly breaches of freestyle).

Due to the high level of flags, it was not possible to take note of boat numbers.

There were a number of requests for redress after rented boats (provided by OA) experienced leaking problems.
One request was about a manufacturing problem on the valve allowing circulation of the air in the hull, leading to significant hull deformation. The sailor was granted redress.
