THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
2023 King's Cup Regatta was blessed with personal Royal attendance by His Majesty King of Thailand, and Her Majesty Queen of Thailand (who even competed on a TP52 in the event and awarded prizes). This hugely raises the profile of the event and the sport and credit is owed to the OA for achieving this. This did cause some organisational issues here and there, which were overcome satisfactorily in the end. - HKGBH1
