The event scheduled to take place from June 12th to 16th, 2024, at Byeonsan Marina in Buan, Jeonbuk State, Korea, was meticulously organized with a full program of activities planned. Unfortunately, an earthquake occurring prior to the event prompted safety concerns raised by the local governor. As a precautionary measure, it was advised that only two races proceed as scheduled. The decision was made with the well-being of all participants and attendees in mind. Despite the unexpected turn of events, those present showed understanding and cooperation with the authorities' judgement. It is crucial to prioritize safety above all else in such circumstances to prevent potential risks or harm. The organizing committee appreciated everyone's cooperation and understanding during these unforeseen circumstances.
