Team race for Optimist Boys and Girls, 4 boats per team and 2 umpire boats per race. The umpire experience is sadly unsatisfactory. Regularly too many things happening at the same time, insufficent time to handle all protests and rule infringements we could perceive. And no time to explain to the sailors between the races. From a fairness point of view, does 3 boats per team work much better. From a learning point of view, more time is needed to explain to the sailors. - SWECG6
