Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
Melges 24 Class have on the water judging using red-yellow-green white and U-flag.
Most flags given were red. If a boat takes a penalty when breaking a rule - one turn, if the judge points the boat with red flag, 2 turns. This encourages boats to take their penalties.

RC did VHF-broadcasting, count down, OCS, its intentions when changing the course and other (social). This is appreciated by sailors

Cooperation OA-Jury was excellent.
Jos Spijkerman (IJ) was called in for arbitrations after one invited IJ fell ill.
